    Jim Sharp is a program manager for the Corporate Philanthropy division of Organizational Strategies, Inc., a Chicago-based management consulting firm. Organizational Strategies, Inc., helps organizations strategically align all resources, practices, and processes toward achieving corporate objectives. Jim's area of responsibility includes the design and development of corporate and employee giving campaigns as well as distribution and funds management of campaign donations.

    Prior to joining Organizational Strategies, Jim spent three years as a credit manager for a mid-sized company in Chicago. In this position, Jim was responsible for the financial planning and budgeting of all national and regional retail customers. This work included the tracking and overall management of over $5 million dollars in annual customer deductions.

    Before becoming a credit manager, Jim worked for eight years in the banking industry. Most of this time was spent in the retail banking division as a consumer and mortgage loan officer. His duties included the entire loan process, from meeting with loan applicants, approving or denying the loan, and loan closing. In addition, Jim was responsible for the bank's $6.5 million student loan portfolio. His duties included counseling clients in regards to their financial needs, disbursing loans, and ensuring all loans were in compliance with state and federal guidelines.

    Graduating from St. Norbert College in DePere, Wisconsin, Jim received his bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
